Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs in educational and residential settings. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with families, educators, and mental health professionals, and supporting clients with behavioral and mental health challenges using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Assessment
- Intervention
- Documentation
- Effective teamwork
- Preferred experience with AAC systems
- Experience supporting clients with mental health needs is a plus
- Salary: $75,000-$85,000
- Flexible hours
- Comprehensive benefits
- $2,500 sign-on bonus (paid in installments at 6 months and 1 year)
