ICT Case Management is a Medicaid Mental Health Provider credentialed in Kansas, committed to supporting individuals in the Wichita Metro Area through a community-centered approach. Our team consists of highly dedicated staff, many with lived experiences similar to those of our Members, which fosters meaningful connections and understanding. Our Side by Side Skill Development and Coaching Program provides an interdisciplinary care team of Mental Health Providers, Skills Coaches, and Peer Mentors that assist Members in building life skills, managing emotions, and forming meaningful connections.

We aim to empower individuals by enhancing their confidence, independence, and ability to thrive in their communities.

Role Description

This is an on-site position located in Wichita, KS. The Mental Health Skill Builder will work directly with clients to provide personalized coaching and guidance to help develop life skills, emotional regulation, and social connections. Duties include collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team, conducting individual and group sessions, addressing crisis situations, and fostering a supportive environment for Members. The role requires regular communication, case documentation, and advocacy to meet the needs of the individuals served.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Case Management and supporting individuals in achieving goals
  • Skills in Crisis Intervention and the ability to manage difficult situations effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment
  • Relevant certifications, training, or degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related fields preferred
