Job Details
- Must have current nursing license with primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- Completion of FACIS Questionnaire if any disciplinary actions
- Must complete Ascension Core Competencies annually with minimum 80% score
- Completion of Ascension Color Vision test prior to start and updated every 3 years
- Completion of Ascension EKG Exam prior to start with passing score
- Completion of Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation prior to start
- Completion of Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding prior to start
- Completion of Ascension Nova Stat Strip prior to start
- Completion of MOAB Moderate Risk training prior to start
- Completion of Ascension Cerner Test-Out prior to start
- Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Health Statement
- Must provide valid Driver's License or State
- Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start and updated annually
- Completion of Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start and updated annually
- Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start
- Completion of Ascension Confirmation of Assignment documentation
- Completion of Ascension Employment Verification
- At least two professional references prior to first assignment
- Completion of Ascension Criminal Background Check Results and Ascension EPLS within 30 days prior to start
