Key Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred respiratory nursing care and case management.
- Monitor and implement care plans, supporting patients over 1–6 month care schedules.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, and facilitate team‑based care.
- Participate in research, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Current registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- At least 3 years post‑registration experience, with respiratory nursing competence and a passion for pulmonary rehabilitation.
- Strong leadership, teaching, and mentoring skills in clinical settings.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and CALD communities and a commitment to culturally safe care.
