This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse clinical settings, make a real difference in reducing hospital admissions, and support vulnerable community members. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred respiratory nursing care and case management.
  • Monitor and implement care plans, supporting patients over 1–6 month care schedules.
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, and facilitate team‑based care.
  • Participate in research, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • At least 3 years post‑registration experience, with respiratory nursing competence and a passion for pulmonary rehabilitation.
  • Strong leadership, teaching, and mentoring skills in clinical settings.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and CALD communities and a commitment to culturally safe care.
