About the Role

As the Office Manager at our Chermside clinic, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work front‑of‑house alongside your admin team and behind the scenes with the Practice Leader (Physio in Charge) to create a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment for both patients and staff. This hands‑on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, loves bringing order to busy spaces, and finds joy in helping others succeed.

You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and mentoring your front desk team
  • Delivering exceptional customer service— greeting patients, managing calls/emails, appointments, and payments
  • Overseeing clinic operations— managing clinician schedules, referrals, invoicing, HICAPS, third‑party billing, and debtors
  • Running the admin ship— training, performance support, and rostering
  • Keeping everything on track— stock control, database updates, and regular reporting
  • Maintaining a calm, clean, and welcoming clinic space
About You
  • A warm, professional presence — you’re the first smile our patients see
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • A hands‑on attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A love for improving systems and streamlining workflows
  • Experience in allied health/medical admin (generally a plus)
  • Availability Monday to Friday
