The primary purpose of the
** activities team
** is to support the
** planning and implementation of engaging activities for residents that promote well-being and quality of life. This position offers a flexible work schedule between 9:00AM-5:00PM, including weekends, those with previous long-term care, psych, rehab, or dementia experiences are encouraged to apply!

** Help plan and lead engaging activities for individuals and groups.
Assist in creating exciting monthly activity calendars.
Encourage residents to participate in hobbies, crafts, and social events.
Work closely with staff, residents, families, and community partners.
Support care planning and assist with resident assessments.
Coordinate transportation for outings and appointments.
Keep our activity spaces organized and welcoming.
