Position:
Memory Care Homemaker — Full-Time

Our starting wage for Memory Care Homemakers is: $16.00-$18.00 per hour.

We are looking for someone like you:

• Be a Keeper of the Home. Create an atmosphere in memory care that is inviting, comfortable, homelike, and tidy in all apartments and common areas.
• Be a Mealtime Maven. Be present in the dining room to prepare and serve family-style dining, guiding residents to be part of their own experience by setting tables and cleaning up together as a family.
• Be a Snack Specialist. Ensure residents are guided to snacks and hydration three times a day.
• Be a Caring Connector. Be extra hands in the Neighborhood to engage residents and provide meaningful experiences.

• Must have current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing within the state of employment.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude who will love our Residents.
• Active in this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.
