Job Details
- Must have current nursing license with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- Completion of Ascension Specialty Exam prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years
- Completion of Ascension Core Competencies annually with minimum 80% score
- Completion of Ascension EKG Exam prior to start
- Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start and updated annually
- Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, and TB testing
- Completion of background checks including criminal background, EPLS, and employment verification

Unit Specific Information
- Cerner test results and Training Checklist with signed attestation required
- Must be American Heart Association (AHA) certified for BLS and ACLS
- CPI/MOAB High Risk Online Portion training required prior to start
- On-site portion of CPI/MOAB High Risk training to be completed at orientation
- Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation and Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding required
- Ascension Nova Stat Strip training required
- Ascension Unit Specific Checklist optional but needs to be uploaded by unit leader within a week
