We are seeking an experienced veterinarian to join the team in a Medical Lead role. This position combines hands-on clinical practice with medical leadership responsibilities, guiding clinical standards, supporting complex case direction, and contributing to quality of care initiatives across the hospital. Prior leadership experience is a bonus but not required — what matters most is strong clinical judgment, collaborative communication, and a passion for excellent medicine.

Medical Lead / Leader of Medicine Responsibilities (10–20%)

  • Guide clinical standards and protocols across the hospital, ensuring consistency and quality of care
  • Serve as a clinical resource for the doctor team on complex cases and medical decisions
  • Partner with hospital leadership to evaluate and refine workflows, best practices, and clinical outcomes
  • Promote a culture of medical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
