Memory Care Homemaker (Full‑Time)

Wichita, Kansas

Starting wage: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8 am–4 pm.

• Be a Keeper of the Home. Create an inviting, comfortable, homelike and tidy atmosphere in memory care apartments and common areas.
• Be a Mealtime Maven. Be present in the dining room to prepare and serve family‑style meals, guide residents to participatory dining, set tables and clean up together as a family.
• Be a Snack Specialist. Ensure all residents receive snacks and hydration three times a day.
• Be a Caring Connector. Be extra hands in the Neighborhood to engage residents and provide meaningful experiences.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing within state of employment.
• Age at least eighteen (18) years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th‑grade proficiency with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude; love our residents.
• Active – standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assist persons after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
