Care Coordinator/Surgery Scheduler

As a Care Coordinator, you will work closely with physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice registered nurses, and registered nurses to provide care to patients.

• Schedule surgery and diagnostic testing such as imaging.
• Make referrals to other physicians.
• Schedule patient appointments and field phone calls from patients.
• Document patient information in an electronic medical record.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal communication skills and organization in a fast‑paced environment.

• One to two years of experience in the healthcare field (preferred but not required).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
