The RoleAs a Radiology Technologist in this full-time contract, night position, you will perform diagnostic imaging exams, ensure image quality, and assist radiologists in providing accurate diagnoses. Your work will support clinical teams in delivering high-quality care to patients at a leading academic medical center.
Key Responsibilities:
Position and immobilize patients for imaging exams, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Review radiographs to ensure high-quality images before submission to the radiologist.

Accurately order, track, and charge exams using the HIS/RIS system.
:
Work closely with radiologists to obtain "wet readings" and assist with film processing and CD creation upon request.

Maintain clean and functional work areas and equipment.

Manage urgent exam orders to ensure efficient workflow and timely results.
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- Kansas LRT Rad Tech
