Autism experience recommended.

Position

In-home Registered Behavior Technician. Full-time. Works in homes and community in Wichita and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior reduction plans
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide consistent feedback about client progress
  • Work alongside caregivers to ensure generalization of skills
  • Comply with all HIPAA guidelines and the BACB Code of Ethics
  • Work with other colleagues, families, and professionals to create a supportive environment
  • Have fun!
Qualifications and Skills
  • General understanding of ABA principles
  • Experience working with a broad base of populations – specialization welcome but may limit field assignments
  • Ability to immediately apply constructive feedback regarding client programming
  • Professional communication with supervisory staff, implementers, parents, teachers, and administrators
  • Exceptional teamwork skills to create a positive work environment
Preferred Qualifications

Registered Behavior Technician. BCBA track. Psychology, Sociology, Special Education, SPED, Autism, ABA, Special Needs, Developmentally Disabled, Paraprofessional, Behavior Technician, Behavior Interventionist, Teacher, Kindergarten Teacher, Early Childhood Teacher, Substitute Teacher, Class Lead, Assistant Teacher, Social Worker, Crisis Management, Counselor, Case Worker experience.

Schedule

Mon‑Fri 9am‑5pm (base schedule). Evening shifts available.

Experience Required

1 year autism experience (preferred).

Will Travel

Up to 25% (preferred).

Location

On the road, in homes, in community settings.
