Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
What We’re Looking ForRequired:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- At least one year of experience as a BCBA
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism
- Hands-on experience in early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI)
- Proven experience in parent training
- Expertise in program design and staff management
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Eligible to supervise those seeking BCBA certification
- Conduct VB-MAPP and ABLLS assessments
- Design individualized programs based on assessment results, client progress, and family input
- Analyze ongoing data to make informed adjustments to programs
- Supervise and train therapists, conducting performance reviews
- Provide parent training across settings (center, home, and community)
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
As a BCBA, you'll develop behavior plans and programs, analyze client progress, and lead the behavioral support team working with children and adults. You’ll meet new referrals, complete assessments (including functional analyses), and create individualized programs to address skill deficits and behaviors. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact through meaningful collaboration with families, clients, and colleagues.
You’ll be responsible for your caseload, including scheduling, tracking time, and ensuring programs align with each client’s personal goals. Flexibility is key, as you’ll be working in various settings across the Kansas City area.
Additional Information- Must be able to physically support clients as needed (assisting with tasks, exercise, and during challenging behaviors)
