• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to improve forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams to ensure accurate monthly reporting submissions
• Review revenue forecasts and assist in developing insights on client and project performance trends
• Support headcount planning and track open roles, hiring progress, and capacity planning
• Collaborate with account teams to improve financial visibility and support operational decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong month‑end close experience including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
