SENIOR COMMERCIAL LOAN SERVICING ADMINISTRATOR

Job Overview: If you like providing subject matter expertise on complex servicing procedures, mentoring co-workers, and managing daily workflow deadlines, we are looking for you. In this role you will oversee critical activities like interest/fee adjustments, participation settlements, loan fundings, and payments.

This candidate will be responsible for:

• Processing monthly swap, participation, construction loan remittances and reporting
• Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics to identify process enhancements and efficiency opportunities
• Complete new loan funding requests for our customers
• Process loan transactions
• Process incoming and outgoing wires for Loan Operations
• Reconcile daily reports for accuracy and error detection

Requirements for this position include:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail required
• Strong adaptability, collaboration, and decision-making skills required
• Strong problem-solving skills including analysis, creativity and evaluation required

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a financial field preferred
