• Assist customers with loan related inquires.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Prepare new loan documents.
• Process loan payments.
• Perform various clerical duties as well as generate various loan related documents.

• Preparation of repossession files.
• Prepare various repossession documents.
• Generate weekly reports for the Discount Committee.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work one Saturday a month.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• General computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
