What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business clients by listening to their needs and recommending thoughtful lending solutions.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing clients through regular outreach, genuine engagement, and exceptional service.
  • Structure, underwrite, and present commercial loan proposals with a balanced approach to credit quality and relationship opportunity.
  • Manage a growing loan portfolio with a strong focus on personalized service, credit performance, and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including credit administration and executive leadership, to ensure lending aligns with our relationship‑first approach.
  • Represent us in the community—attending events, networking, and championing our mission of local support and sustainable growth.
  • Stay current on regulatory requirements and ensure all lending practices reflect compliance, sound judgment, and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3‑5 years of commercial lending experience, including portfolio management and business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of credit analysis, underwriting, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to nurture long‑term client relationships and develop new business through trust and responsiveness.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with current banking regulations and industry standards.
