• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments while providing an exceptional client experience
• Perform outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients, special order parts, and other follow-up tasks
• Manage incoming digital leads, live chats, and text messages to schedule service and address client questions
• Check for recalls, maintain service specials, and keep current with manufacturer notices
• Secure payments, scan customer information, and manage related paperwork
• Enter new and used vehicles into inventory, prepare folders, and manage deal jackets for the Sales Floor
• Verify eligibility and manage rebates, incentives, and lender stipulations for timely vehicle delivery
• Track appointments, manage the Plate Log, and assist with reconciliation of schedules and Notary deals
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 0–9 months automotive industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
