PositionAerospace Structural Analyst — you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities- Structural assessments across the full product lifecycle, including new design concepts through to in-service operations
- Analytical and experimental solutions for customer issues to meet whole product mechanical integrity requirements, including static, transient, and dynamic loads and responses
- Structural assessments, such as modeling, static and dynamic analysis
- Test planning and interpretation, such as correlation of simulation to experimental data
- Participate in technical reviews, Product Safety Reviews, Technical Life Reviews and Customer Reviews
- 6+ years of aerospace structural analysis experience
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) codes such as Nastran, Ansys, Dyna3D, NX
- Experience with Engine Modeling, rotor dynamics and extreme event assessments
- Must have Book 2 (Damage Tolerance) and Book 3 tolerance analysis experience
- Must be US Citizen
Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
