Job Title: Structural Engineer
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead projects, support technical teams, and represent the company in client meetings. This role focuses on managing complex projects, delivering high-quality engineering solutions, and contributing to business growth through strong client relationships.
Day to Day- Lead and manage large or complex projects (or multiple smaller projects).
- Prepare project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
- Review and develop technical specifications and project documents.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Solve complex engineering challenges and ensure quality control.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain.
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
