You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable speaking to both customers and colleagues outside of your department in order to collaborate and ensure smooth workflows.

You will work 37 hours per week on a shift rota, with usual hours being 8am - 4pm from Monday to Friday, and there may be occasions when you are required to assist customers outside of regular hours.
