PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global aerospace leader to hire skilled Avionics Technicians who are passionate about precision, safety, and high-performance aircraft. In this role, your technical expertise will directly support aircraft reliability, regulatory compliance, and overall flight safety—making you a vital part of the aviation mission.

About the Role

As an Avionics Technician, you will repair, modify, inspect, and service aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic systems with limited supervision. You’ll work hands‑on with advanced aircraft systems, follow approved manuals and regulations, and collaborate with a team committed to operational excellence and safety.

What Are Your Contributions to the Team?
  • Adhere to all general work requirements and quality standards
  • Repair, modify, and service aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment with limited supervision
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
  • Perform and accurately document work in accordance with approved manuals and regulatory requirements
  • Operate ground support equipment
  • Operate industrial vehicles and equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts
  • Comply with all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in 5S activities and perform work in a safe and timely manner
  • Own, maintain, and demonstrate proper inventory control of hand tools
  • Read and understand electrical and engineering drawings
  • Perform aircraft inspections with appropriate oversight
  • Utilize basic PC skills for documentation and task tracking
How to Thrive in This Role

You bring formal training or equivalent hands‑on experience, including one or more of the following:

  • Avionics or Electrical Aircraft Technical School
  • FCC/GROL License
  • NCATT/AET Certification
  • FAA A&P License
  • Military avionics or electrical qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on complex or business aircraft
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Familiarity with aerospace regulatory and documentation standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Pay Details:

$28.00 to $40.00 per hour
