Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automation frameworks and test strategies for system stability and customer satisfaction
Embed with engineering teams to influence test design and development practices that ensure built-in quality
Lead initiatives using AI-assisted testing and intelligent validation to scale quality across teams
Required Qualifications10+ years of software engineering or quality automation experience in large-scale systems
Proven success in designing and implementing automation frameworks across multiple platforms
Deep knowledge of modern test automation frameworks and CI / CD integration
Experience in cloud-native environments, ideally AWS, with infrastructure automation understanding
Hands-on experience with collaborative practices such as Extreme Programming (XP) or TDD
