CAE Engineer

We are seeking a skilled CAE Engineer to support structural analysis activities for off-highway and agricultural equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finite element analysis (FEA), including linear and non-linear simulations, and will work closely with design teams to ensure robust and reliable product performance.

• Perform structural analysis on off-highway and agricultural products
• Conduct static linear and non-linear simulations, including handling multiple non-linearities
• Develop and converge non-linear FE models efficiently
• Perform bolt joint analysis and interpret results
• Define and implement FE methodologies based on project requirements
• Review, interpret, and present analysis results to design engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design decisions

• Strong background in structural FEA for heavy equipment or similar products
• Hands‑on experience with linear and non‑linear analysis techniques
• Solid understanding of machine design fundamentals and strength of materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
