Location:

On‑site – Wichita, KS

• High‑Impact Role – Play a critical part in supporting Boeing’s engineering initiatives and ensuring project success

• Track and manage team progress to ensure timely delivery against project schedules
• Collaborate with multiple discipline groups, including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement
• Utilize Smartsheet tools to monitor and report project status
• Provide regular updates and status reports to Boeing management representatives

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project engineering support
• Strong background in project scheduling and team coordination
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools

• Aircraft manufacturing experience
• Exposure to new product development, particularly aerospace composites or thermoplastics
• Familiarity with government contract requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company‑sponsored benefits! $58,000–$68,000 annually or $60–$70 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location.
