Export Compliance Requirement: This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Citizen”.

Drives revenue growth and technical support by providing technical expertise and solutions to customers, prospects, and partners.

• Provides support for business development.
• Assembles compelling proposals, including development of recurring and non-recurring estimates.
• Analyzes, reviews, and supports the development of aircraft.
• Conducts trade studies and supports early development of new products.
• Develops test plans and reports; supports development and compliance testing.
• Supports and communicates Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) evaluations and development plans effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Fifteen (15) years of experience in the aerospace industry

Ability to obtain security clearance

• Experience with US Department of Defense contracts in the aerospace industry.
• Subject matter expertise in metallic and composites design and/or analysis, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their technical need and providing solutions.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
• Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
