Description: Our client is looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the face of their busy local glass shop. This role involves greeting customers, scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, providing estimates, and handling basic clerical tasks. You'll also coordinate with technicians to keep things running smoothly and ensure the front office stays organized and welcoming.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate has previous front desk or customer service experience, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and is comfortable using basic office software. Being organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment is key.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
