Job Overview

Seaton Construction Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage industrial and commercial construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for overseeing all facets of project execution, including procurement, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, contract management, and cost control. The Project Manager will work closely with Superintendents and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.

This is a leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of industrial and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Lead procurement efforts and coordinate subcontractor selection and management.
  • Assist with budgeting and estimating during pre-construction.
  • Conduct design review and collaborate with engineering and field teams.
  • Oversee project budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Manage billings, change orders, and contract administration.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance in coordination with field leadership.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Utilize Procore and other construction software for documentation and reporting.
  • Run weekly internal staff meetings to track progress and address project challenges.
  • Support Superintendents in resolving field-related issues.
  • Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial construction project management.
  • Relevant university degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, cost controls, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and BIM is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Ability to work in varying environments, including job sites with changing weather and terrain.

Light travel required to support job site activities nationwide.

Regular sitting, standing, walking, climbing ladders and stairs.

Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.

Regular and predictable attendance required.
