Your Mission

You will lead Electrex’s national new-business customer engagement efforts as a senior individual contributor focused solely on identifying, developing, and winning new OEM programs.

Core Responsibilities
  • Achieve Net New Revenue Growth (NNRG) alignedto

    Electrex’sstrategicplan.
  • Build,own,andexecutethelong-cycle

    OEMsalespipeline(18+months).
  • Executethenationalstrategytoidentify,pursue,andwinnew

    OEMprograms.
  • Own and manage executive-level customer relationships tied to new business opportunities as an individual contributor.
  • Drivearepeatable,documented,data-backedsalesprocessfromprospectingtosignedagreement.
  • Provideaccurateforecastingandrepresentthesalespipelinewithhonestyandclarity.
  • Engage cross-functionallywithengineering,operations,andleadershiptoaligncustomerexpectationswithdeliverables.
  • Ensure that Electrex’scommitmentstocustomersareaccurate,achievable,anddeliveredwithexcellence.
  • Represent Electrexwithprofessionalism,integrity,and urgency.

Experience&

Skills Required:
  • 8+yearsofnational-scaleclientrelationshipmanagement.
  • 5+yearssellingvalue-basedsolutionsinto

    OEMorsimilarlycomplexstrategicaccounts.
  • Provensuccessinlong-termsalescycleswithstructureddiscovery,design,quoting,negotiation,andcontractexecution.
  • Experienceinsolutionsalesenvironments.
  • Strongforecastingabilityand

    CRMdiscipline.
  • Executive-levelwrittenandverbalcommunication.
  • Abilitytotravel
    30–40% nationallyforclientmeetings,presentations,andindustryevents.
  • High School Diplomaor GED.
Experience&Skills Preferred:
  • Experienceinwireharness,manufacturing,ortechnicalproductindustries.
  • Comfortdiscussingtechnicalconceptswithengineeringteams.
  • Experiencebuildingandexecuting

    OEMsalesstrategies.
