You will lead Electrex’s national new-business customer engagement efforts as a senior individual contributor focused solely on identifying, developing, and winning new OEM programs.
Core Responsibilities- Achieve Net New Revenue Growth (NNRG) alignedto
Electrex’sstrategicplan. - Build,own,andexecutethelong-cycle
OEMsalespipeline(18+months). - Executethenationalstrategytoidentify,pursue,andwinnew
OEMprograms. - Own and manage executive-level customer relationships tied to new business opportunities as an individual contributor.
- Drivearepeatable,documented,data-backedsalesprocessfromprospectingtosignedagreement.
- Provideaccurateforecastingandrepresentthesalespipelinewithhonestyandclarity.
- Engage cross-functionallywithengineering,operations,andleadershiptoaligncustomerexpectationswithdeliverables.
- Ensure that Electrex’scommitmentstocustomersareaccurate,achievable,anddeliveredwithexcellence.
- Represent Electrexwithprofessionalism,integrity,and urgency.
- Strategicandrelentlesslyresourceful:abletopushdealsforwardwhilemanaginglong-term complexity.
- Avalue-proposition seller:can articulate

- 8+yearsofnational-scaleclientrelationshipmanagement.
- 5+yearssellingvalue-basedsolutionsinto
OEMorsimilarlycomplexstrategicaccounts. - Provensuccessinlong-termsalescycleswithstructureddiscovery,design,quoting,negotiation,andcontractexecution.
- Experienceinsolutionsalesenvironments.
- Strongforecastingabilityand
CRMdiscipline. - Executive-levelwrittenandverbalcommunication.
- Abilitytotravel
30–40% nationallyforclientmeetings,presentations,andindustryevents. - High School Diplomaor GED.
- Experienceinwireharness,manufacturing,ortechnicalproductindustries.
- Comfortdiscussingtechnicalconceptswithengineeringteams.
- Experiencebuildingandexecuting
OEMsalesstrategies. - Reasonabletechnicalaptitude.
- Abilitytoremainobjectiveandbalancedinforecastinganddealevaluation.
