Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to increase export sales.
Identify and approach potential clients in target countries.
Build and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packaging machinery solutions.
Prepare export proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business delegations.
Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or International Trade.
5+ years’ experience in export sales/business development (machinery or capital equipment preferred).
Strong knowledge of international markets and export documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Willingness to travel internationally..
