Overview
NT-ware USA Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Developer (Business Development Consultant) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in business development.
This position is full time, with a preferred location within the Central, Mountain, or Western US. The (home-)office and travel balance is about 40/60. This position is full time and is considered virtual. The office will be open 5 days a week; however you will not be required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need. Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Your Impact- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand NT-ware's market presence
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Cooperate with the marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales, business development, or consulting, ideally within output management solutions
- Experience with print, scan, output management, document management, or workflow software
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate product capabilities into customer value; ability to discuss software products and solution portfolios in a consultative sales environment
- Able to derive/understand proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed objectives
- Comfortable operating in a complex, multi-stakeholder, and partner-driven sales environment
- This position works remotely from a home office located near a major metropolitan city/airport and requires overnight travel
- Individual must possess a clean valid state driver’s license
- This position requires driving; therefore, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are necessary. Must comply with company safety guidelines and policies
- Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
NT-ware USA, Inc. is part of a global brand offering soft- and hardware solutions to manage and control printing and copying processes. Services include printer management functionalities like printer and copy accounting, secure printing, and production printing features such as print room management, job ticketing, web submission and production management. NT-ware partners with Canon Inc. The role is based in Melville, NY and supports the US client base.
