Your Impact

Pearce is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Generator Parts Technician to join our team. This role involves sourcing parts from various vendors for open repair jobs, primarily focusing on generators and transfer switches. The ideal candidate will work independently and provide essential administrative and clerical support. This is an in-person role that requires you to report to the Wichita, Kansas office daily, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, primarily around parts procurement
  • Operate a computer or similar devices to access required systems and equipment
  • Work independently with minimal or no supervision
  • Sourcing parts from a variety of vendors to fill orders for open jobs needing repairs
  • Identify necessary parts and communicate efficiently with vendors to ensure the correct parts are obtained
  • Update jobs in INSITE, create expenses, and upload invoices
  • Collaborate with the generator parts team and participate in training sessions as needed
Core Experience
  • 1+ year of administrative support work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Able to quickly learn and work with new technologies and software programs
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location. In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.

We also offer all full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, 401k with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and professional development courses. This pay range reflects our commitment to pay equity and compliance with state and federal pay transparency laws. Base Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $70,000 USD.
