Compensation: $25.00/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect wheels for bends, cracks, curb rash, corrosion, and cosmetic damage
- Perform repairs including straightening, welding, polishing, and refinishing
- Prep and paint wheels
- Ensure proper safety and quality control procedures are followed
- Maintain repair logs, documentation, and parts inventory
- Work closely with the Recon team and service advisors to support customer and internal needs
- Communicate clearly regarding repair options and timelines
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with dealership safety policies
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Previous wheel repair, auto body, or tire experience preferred
Familiarity with wheel straightening, refinishing tools, painting, and coatings
Ability to diagnose wheel damage and determine repairability
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Must be organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Proven experience working within a team environment
