Automotive Technician / Mechanic

We are looking for energetic, upbeat technicians / mechanics who seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests using technical knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Collaborate closely with the service department and communicate concerns
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• Desire for long‑term career development

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
• Operate in tight spaces required for vehicle repair
