Rusty Eck Ford is seeking a Shop Foremanto to lead our Quick Lane. This role is ideal for an experienced technician ready to step into leadership, guiding a team of service professionals while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise and mentor service technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and quality repairs.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on vehicles.
• Coordinate with service advisors to deliver accurate estimates and timelines.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
• Support training initiatives and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
