The Role

We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Marketing Associate to support a high‑performing marketing department in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. This role ensures the smooth functioning of marketing operations, supports events and charitable sponsor ships, manages collateral and digital content, and contributes to client and COI experience. Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills are essential.

What You’ll Do Marketing Operations & Reporting
  • Manage daily administrative workflows, including project updates, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities, compliance documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with CRM updates and reporting.
  • Coordinate marketing‑related onboarding tasks for new employees and clients.
  • Submit marketing materials for compliance review and maintain audit‑ready approval logs.
  • Vendor management for external partners for creative work, sponsor ships, campaigns, and recognition initiatives, including W9 and invoice processing.
  • Manage gifting workflows, including product selection, compliance approval, CRM logging, packaging, delivery, and communication.
  • Provide event and office support as needed, including errands, occasional evening/weekend hours, building maintenance, and printer maintenance.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Draft and publish website content and articles on an ongoing basis.
  • Route creative requests, maintain version control, and ensure adequate supply of printed materials and promotional items for meetings and presentations.
  • Implement social media and email campaigns through content development, compliance routing, publishing, internal communication, and performance tracking.
Events & Charitable Giving Coordination
  • Assist with planning and execution of events, including invitations, registration, ticketing, vendor coordination, and on‑site support.
  • Manage the full charitable sponsorship workflow, including intake, approvals, documentation collection, asset delivery, attendance coordination, and tracking/reporting.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (
    Salesforce preferred
    ).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power Point ; experience with Word Press
    , Hub Spot
    , and project management platforms preferred.
  • Quality written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a highly regulated environment.
  • Degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
