Deposit Services Associate (Part‑Time)
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Deposit Services Associate to support daily deposit operations and provide excellent service to internal teams and customers. This part‑time role plays a key role in maintaining accurate account processing while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Minimum of 29 hours per week
, Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Process and complete account verifications and maintain required logs and documentation
Perform deposit account maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently
Provide backup support for additional Deposit Services functions as needed
Assist bank staff and customers with deposit‑related questions or issues
Follow established Deposit Services policies and procedures
Adhere to internal control standards and documentation requirements
Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory responsibilities, including:
Business Ethics and Conduct
Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Information Security standards
Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Banking or deposit operations experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
Proficiency with Windows‑based computer applications
High attention to detail and accuracy
