, and help us provide the people we support with the voice and care they deserve.
As a Health Services Assistant, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations and work closely with the Shared Living Coordinator. You will ensure that the individuals we serve receive timely medical care and that their records are meticulously maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Care: Schedule medical and other appointments and notify all appropriate personnel.
- Documentation: Initiate and complete required forms to document appointments accurately.
- File Management: Maintain organized files and perform data entry in electronic health records for accuracy and compliance.
- Communication: Provide updated medical information to supervisors, shared living Coordinator, nurses to prepare for annual staffings.
- Logistics: Maintain an inventory of medical forms, order supplies, and keep a log of medications used at each home.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm (some late afternoons might occur).
Position based in Wichita, KS.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience.
- Technical
Skills:
High proficiency with personal computers, various software packages and electronic health records systems, and standard office equipment (copiers, faxes, etc.). - Organizational
Skills:
Knowledge of numerical and alphabetical filing systems and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
