Position Overview

This role works from either the Tulsa or Wichita office, 8:00am–5:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends. Travel up to 5% of time is expected. The coordinator reports to the Chief Operating Officer and provides transactional support for finance, operations, and administrative functions across the Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial administrative support, including budget monitoring, expense coding, and regional procurement transactions.
  • Lead system usage and training for business applications, troubleshoot I/T issues, and maintain internal IT platforms.
  • Coordinate facilities and asset management, including vendor relationships, repairs, and real‑estate business planning.
  • Manage fleet inventory records, maintenance schedules, insurance claims, and coordination with sector fleet teams.
  • Support logistics and supply management: ordering, inventory tracking, warehouse coordination, and readiness for disaster operations.
  • Assist with event planning, insurance certificates, and regulated item processing.
  • Prepare and provide data for grant reporting, internal reports, and operations system inputs.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute regional SOP manuals and provide SOP training.
  • Coordinate and train volunteers for transactional, clerical, and logistics tasks.
Qualifications

Education: High School or equivalent required; associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Public Administration preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of financial or facilities administrative support in community or nonprofit settings, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills & Abilities: Teamwork, planning, prioritization, attention to detail, strong interpersonal relations, MS Office proficiency

Travel: Required throughout the Region.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable learning new databases and uploading data.
  • Experience with logistics and inventory control, ticketing systems, and supply management.
  • Volunteer management and prior volunteer experience.
