We are looking for self-motivated and reliable individuals for our parts clerk position at our CDJRdealership in Wichita Falls. We hope you are interested in joining our dealership family!
Key Responsibilities:- Discusses the use and features of various parts.
- Fills customer orders from stock.
- Prepares sales slip or sales contract.
- Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available.
- Examines returned part to determine if defective, and exchanges part or refunds money.
- Marks and stores parts in the stockroom according to the prearranged system.
- Receives and fills internet orders for parts.
- Takes inventory of stock.
- Completes any reports or logs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Highly professional and dependable.
- Safety and customer service oriented.
- Must be willing to participate in and pass a background check and clear a drug screening.
