We’re currently hiring Retail Supervisors with a focus on inventory management. This role involves coaching inventory associates, maintaining workflow consistency, and driving operational excellence.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (part‑time position)

What You Will Do:

• Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow (your playbook for success).
• Lead & engage — serve as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns, support directives from Area or District Manager, and maximize team productivity.

Team Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and customer‑service skills.
• Conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions.
• Flexible with varying hours to support District Manager and customer commitments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or দৰে count tools.
• Strong focus on detail and reliability.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Working Conditions: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive motions with both hands and wrists, spend time in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, eens ladder, lift and carry up to 25 lbs检测, travel by car or plane intermittently, including occasional overnight stays.
