Assistant Restaurant Manager - Food Service Supervisor - Management

We’re looking for a positive, energetic person to join Braum's for a career that offers an excellent compensation package and opportunity for advancement.

Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 (annual: $44,500 - $48,500)

Assistant Manager’s role:
Braum's leaders execute the company's brand strategy, promote its vision, mission and values, creating a great customer experience and maximizing sales. They recognize the importance of people to strengthen team contribution towards unit goals.

Responsibilities
  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
  • Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
  • Participate in monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week.

Reports to:

Store Manager

Qualifications
  • Customer focus.
  • Strong work ethic with high integrity.
  • Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all levels of the store team.

  • Adapt ability to customer and employee needs and store environment conditions.
  • Effective communication with leadership team members.
  • Ability to align team to enhance performance.
  • Follow-up and follow-through with discipline.
  • Initiate action and achieve goals.
  • Organized, detailed, and able to follow procedures.
  • Review, understand and analyze reporting results.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Retail Management experience.
  • Minimum age 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license.
