Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 (annual: $44,500 - $48,500)
Assistant Manager’s role:
Braum's leaders execute the company's brand strategy, promote its vision, mission and values, creating a great customer experience and maximizing sales. They recognize the importance of people to strengthen team contribution towards unit goals.
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
- Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
- Participate in monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
- Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
Work days vary based on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Retail Management experience.
- Minimum age 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
