Location: Wichita Falls, TX

Compensation: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour (Hourly)

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service and driving product sales. They are knowledgeable across product areas, uphold store policies, promote sales and promotions, and serve as brand ambassadors to create unique customer experiences, helping to acquire and retain long‑term customers.

• Produce extraordinary customer service as highlighted in the customer service manual, including helping customers as they enter the store and managing multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve sales skills and track overall sales.
• Practice and uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in the operations, personnel, visual, and customer service manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists, clean‑up lists, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
• Utilize merchandising guides to present and sell goods.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational problems to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and technology training sessions for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring effective internal controls and reporting potential fraud risk.

• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with initiative to take on tasks without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
• Team‑player passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.
