Essential Duties- Delivers optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions.
- Coordinates all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care.
- Completes all documents timely.
- Assures compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution and complaint investigation.
- Current, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Must have current CPR Certification
- Compassionate Registered Nurse with strong time management skills
