Job Schedule: Full time
Position Type: WAX NDI Operator
Shift: 12 hour rotating night shifts (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., 2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off)
Payment: $21.27 per hour (plus $1.00 shift differential). At 9 months: $26.40 per hour
Benefits: Paid vacation, paid holidays, 401(k) with up to 6% company match, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, employee assistance program.
Success dependent on: background check and drug screen
Export-controlled data: Employment offers contingent on ability to lawfully obtain access.
Job SummaryNDI operators are responsible for inspection, engraving, wall gauge, and X‑ray (GE/DR).
Essential Functions- Basic computer applications
- Read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI)
- Team member working under general supervision
- Maintain expected quality levels
- Comply with all site required policies and procedures including EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct, and the Wichita Falls Employee Handbook
Physical Demands: Stair climbing, reaching near/far/overhead, pushing, pulling, twisting and handling, lifting from floor–waist, waist–chest, chest–overhead, finger pressing, use of keyboard/mouse with hand/arm vibration tolerance, gripping, pinching, carrying items with two or one hands, moderate effort with prolonged standing, squatting/crouching/bending, lifting >5 lbs, pass Jaeger I eye exam.
Training: Minimum 90 days per level, pass written and proficiency test for each skill set, completed training folder.
Equipment Used: Hot plates, hand tools, engraving machine, X‑ray unit, gauging fixtures.
Work Environment: Air‑conditioned area with slight exposure to chemicals, fumes, oil, dust, noise, heat or cold.
Medical Surveillance Requirements: Vision.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification at hire; no visa sponsorship available.
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of Wax operations.
