Job Summary
Works independently under general supervision to diagnose, repair, and maintain plant equipment and building.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions- Maintain, diagnose, and repair plant equipment using schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Operate and set up complex equipment, applying shop math (fractions, decimals) as needed.
- Troubleshoot problems, make repairs, and decide best course of action using independent judgment.
- Select proper tools and parts, and use testing devices such as leak detectors and electrical instruments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of department and work area.
- Work required shift: 12‑hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) 2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, or 2 on 3 off.
- Perform overtime and additional duties as required.
- Comply with all EHS rules, quality, code of conduct, and the Wichita Falls Employee Handbook.
- Wear appropriate PPE: safety glasses, flame‑retardant clothing, earplugs, metal footwear, hard hats, respirator, caustic suit, and other specified PPE.
- Report injury, illness, safety, health, or environmental concerns to supervisor in a timely manner.
- Attend all EHS training, including fall control, confined space entry, machine guarding, hazardous energy, and electrical safety.
- Perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching; may involve heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
Shift differential: $2.00 per hour. Starting wage: $28.32/hour, capped at $32.73/hour after 270 days.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of plant equipment operation and repair.
- Experience with steel work (cutting, welding, fabrication).
- Experience with piping of air and gas lines.
Wichita Falls, TX – 12‑hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).
