Who you are:
- 1+ years of IT support experience, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, M365, basic troubleshooting, and setting up laptops/desktops.
- Organized, reliable, and strong communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and helpful with non-technical users.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
What you’ll do:
- Provide remote service desk support (password resets, M365 issues, access troubleshooting, device setup).
- Configure, deploy, and prepare laptops/desktops for new users; support printers and basic hardware.
- Travel onsite to client locations as needed to assist with setups and client needs.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $42,000-$49,000 per year
. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
