Our team also supports Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, networks, servers, and full Managed Services for local businesses. We’re local, nimble, and personal—no red tape, no corporate politics, just honest service and skilled people. Oh, and we’ve got a podcast studio.

Someone who…
- Loves tech and loves people just as much
- Can handle Macs, PCs, or both (bonus points for versatility)
- Wants variety—support tickets, project deployments, and sometimes helping out in our retail area with walk‑in customers
- Stays cool under pressure (yes, “the Wi‑Fi is down” calls will happen)
- Is curious, adaptable, and hungry to grow
- Might even bring extra skills—like social media, podcasting, or video—to help us tell our story
- Rescue clients from their tech disasters (with a smile)
- Troubleshoot Macs, PCs, iPhones, iPads, servers, and networks
- Perform in‑house Apple repairs
—from iPhones to Macs - Help in our retail area
: checking in repairs, recommending Apple gear, or just being the friendly face at the counter - Deploy gear for projects—new computers, networks, servers, storage
- Work tickets, document your wizardry, and keep clients updated
- Spot and stop security issues before they turn into disasters
- Be part of the growth of our Managed Services practice
- Experience with either macOS/iOS or Windows (both = bonus points)
- Microsoft 365 know‑how (users, email, Teams, SharePoint)
- Networking chops (TCP/IP, VPNs, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with Meraki networks (firewalls, switches, APs) — big plus!
- Retail or customer‑facing experience
- Certifications (Apple, Microsoft, etc.) or at least the desire to earn them—we’ll support you!
- Bonus: social media, podcasting, or video storytelling skills
- We repair Macs in‑house for faster, more interesting work
- Locally‑owned, community‑focused, no corporate drama
